Opening during Frieze season, the exhibition brings a diverse group of established sculptors into a new architectural and cultural context, creating an opportunity for audiences, collectors, curators and artists to encounter contemporary sculpture beyond the conventional gallery framework.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCurated by Alexandra Carr MRSS and Alex Breeze of Breeze Creatives, Assembly began in Sunderland as an experiment in artistic freedom, exchange and collaboration. The London presentation continues that spirit while allowing the works to enter into dialogue with the distinctive context of Southbank and the international activity surrounding Frieze.\u003cbr\u003eThe exhibition brings together practices spanning installation, object-making, architectural intervention, film, performance and material experimentation.
