ABOUT THE ARTIST

Duncan Pickstock (b. 1967, Merseyside) is a painter and filmmaker based in London. He graduated from Manchester Met in 1989 and worked with the artist group Vapor Ros in Barcelona. He has exhibited widely, both in the UK and abroad. His work is held in the permanent collections of Merseyside Museums and Galleries, The Museum of London, and Nantes Museum of Contemporary Art. He received The Rita Harris Studio Award in 2014 and a Fellowship of Ballinglen Museum of Contemporary Art in 2016.
