Shipping

Shipping costs and responsibilities
  • For Buyers: You are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated based on the artwork's dimensions, weight & delivery destination. These costs are payable directly to the shipper. The only exception is where the Artist wishes to drop off the work themselves and you agree.

Delivery times
  • The Artist will send out the artwork for delivery within one (1) week of receiving payment confirmation from Hypha Curates.

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, Artist location). Hypha Curates will not be liable for any delivery delays.

Delivery address & receipt
  • It's your responsibility as the buyer to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate & complete. Hypha Curates is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Upon delivery, you (or a nominated recipient) may be required to sign for the artwork. Please inspect the artwork carefully upon receipt & note any damage on the delivery note before signing.

  • The risk of loss & damage to the artwork passes to you upon delivery.

Condition reporting & exhibition inclusion
  • For Artists: You must use Hypha Curates' systems for Condition Reporting  to document the artwork's condition. This helps identify responsibility if damage occurs in transit.

  • If an artwork is selected for a physical exhibition, the Artist pays for packing, transport & insurance both ways & agrees to use Hypha Curates' systems.
