About the Artwork

My work explores the dynamic relationship between body, space, and time, revealing connections that extend beyond everyday perception. I transform abstract ideas into immersive experiences, blending real and imagined spaces to heighten sensory awareness. I see the body as a vessel of sensations, emotions, and perceptions, while space is ever-evolving, a realm of continuous transformation. My practice challenges the idea of static environments, emphasizing their fluid and shifting nature. By reflecting and distorting space, I disrupt fixed perspectives, inviting viewers to question their understanding of reality.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Bunga Yuridespita (b. 1989) is a London-based artist originally from Indonesia, where she was represented by established galleries. She is currently pursuing her MA in Fine Art at UAL Chelsea College of Arts. She has collaborated with fashion designers, product designers, and brands like Bosch. She has held two major solo exhibitions and is now seeking to expand her career internationally.
