Theo Ellison

Theo Ellison's work teases out our vulnerability to romanticized narratives, exploring how they shape our relationship with nature, technology, and nostalgia. He uses video, photography, sound, 3D-printed sculpture, and text to explore the layers of illusion in how we construct and consume these narratives. Recent exhibitions in 2024 and 2025 include Request Lambo, London; Morphogenesis, London; Trailing Clouds of Glory, London; and In the Offing, Margate. He tests the boundaries between nature and artifice, pathos and humor, and observation and voyeurism.
