What Did The Hare Hear II

About the Artwork

This work takes the form of a hare wrapped in a moving blanket, designed to be carried and passed from one person to another rather than displayed in a fixed position. The blanket both protects the sculpture and places it within the language of art handling, transport and circulation.

Its meaning develops through movement: each person who carries it becomes part of the work’s unfolding journey. Rather than relying on written instructions, the work is understood through observation, imitation and exchange, allowing each encounter to shape how the sculpture is experienced.
