About the Artwork

‘Happy Days’ presents a reconstructed childhood memory of a Belfast summer parade through a fusion of digital collage, AI-generated imagery, 3D modelling, and sculptural detailing. By layering family archival photographs with algorithmic textures and physical sculpture, the work maps how recollections fracture and recombine, creating a digital daydream in which saturated flags and glitch figures are locked within a solid, toy-like frame.
