Mingzhang Sun
Mingzhang Sun (b. 1990, China) is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across painting, textile, and sculpture. He completed an MA in Contemporary Art Practice at the RCA (2025), following a BA in Costume for Performance at LCF(2017) and a BA in Fashion Design at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing (2013). Sun is the recipient of several awards including the Royal College of Art Deputy Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship (2024), First-time Entrant Award at World of Wearable Art (2018), UAL Excellence in Design & Realisation for Performance Award (2017), and the CAFA President’s Choice Award (2013).
