Renata Fernandez
Renata Fernandez (b. 1971, Venezuela) is a London-based artist completing an MA in Sculpture at the Royal College of Art (2026-27). She has also completed education in Fine Art, Social Sciences, and Drama-Set Design in Venezuela.
Renata has been exhibited internationally, including: 'SHADOWBANNED IN A TIME OF MONSTERS' (2025); 'TRADERS COURT' (2024); 'TROPICO CAMUFLADO' at Museum
Alejandro Otero in 2013-2014. She has also completed public art commissions ECDCo in 2024, AIR at Latin American House in 2022 and Carnwath Road in 2016.
Renata collaborates with galleries/curators in Venezuela, USA, UK, Europe and Singapore, with her work being held in collections by Groucho Club (Bretton House) and ECDCo, as well as private collections in the UK, USA, Canada, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Taiwan and Venezuela. Her work was featured in the book 'AMALGAMA: WOMEN, IDENTITY & DIASPORA'.
