Sonia Barrett

Sonia Barrett is a MacDowell and Yale Artist fellow. She studied at St Andrews University and The Transart Institute. She has been recognized by the Premio Ora prize and the Neo Art Prize, and is a recent recipient of the Sculpture prize at Dakar Biennale. Her recent exhibitions include The Wake at Dakar Biennale and shows at Tate Britain Galleries. Her work has been featured in publications such as Hogarth and Europe and Ecologies. Barrett lives and works in England.
