ABOUT THE ARTIST

Alessandra Vargas (she/her, b. 2000) is a designer and artist from Los Angeles based in London. Working across print, digital media, and installation, her practice explores tensions between public and private life through grief, love, and temporal ephemera. She completed an MA in Visual Communication at Royal College of Art in 2024, where she received a full scholarship. Her work has been exhibited in Wow You Are So Incredibly Textual & Handsome But Noisy at Tate Britain Clore Studio, Transubstantiation: Part 1 at Brompton Cemetery Chapel, and her first duo exhibition, All School’s Dance at printers bar.
