About the Artwork

After All This Time depicts the view from my auntie’s house in Union, Bontoc in the Philippines, my father’s childhood home where I also spent part of my early childhood. During a recent visit, I was struck by how unchanged the garden and banana trees remained. Returning to this familiar view felt grounding, reminding me that some parts of the past remain tangible despite the passage of time.
